Nepalese Youth for Climate Action participated as a panelist in the Voice from the Global South, a COP 15 Side event coordinated by Indian Youth Climate Network in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Mr. Dipesh Chapagain from NYCA presented on the climate change scenario, youth movement in Nepal and Nepalese youth position for COP 15. He emphasized that Climate Justice, Equity and Sustainability are the basic principle of NYCA for the COP 15.

In this program, youths from the other south Asian and African countries also shared the experience of youth movement in their countries and region. This event was able to share the regional experience in the youth climate movement and all the participants were very positive for the cooperation to make the global youth movement effective.
